Alana’s Wings of Hope is a nonprofit organization operating under Illinois law. All contributions, donations, and payments made to Alana’s Wings of Hope are final.

No Refunds

All donations, sponsorships, event payments, and other contributions made to Alana’s Wings of Hope are non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Once a donation or payment has been submitted, it cannot be returned, reversed, or refunded.

Donation Errors

If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), please contact us promptly. While refunds are not guaranteed, Alana’s Wings of Hope may review such requests on a case-by-case basis if required by law or in the event of a verified processing error.

Third-Party Payment Processors

Donations and payments may be processed through third-party payment platforms. Alana’s Wings of Hope is not responsible for fees, errors, or delays caused by third-party providers.

Tax Deductibility

As a nonprofit organization, donations to Alana’s Wings of Hope may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Because donations are non-refundable, donors are encouraged to consult with their tax advisor before making a contribution.
